Vendor invoices can include vast quantities of information. Instead of spending your time typing out line after line, Commusoft can automatically read and import the data for you. Simply drag and drop a PDF invoice from your vendor into the web browser to start uploading it; you can even add multiple invoices at once. The system then processes and transcribes the data into a digital vendor invoice for you. It doesn’t get much easier than that. A copy of the original PDF is attached for your records, too.

If the vendor invoice contains a purchase order number that matches a PO number within your Commusoft account, the system will recognize this. The new vendor invoice will then automatically be linked back to the existing purchase order, ensuring your records are kept organized.
